慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清脂联素及白介素-8水平与病情变化的相关性研究

目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者血清脂联素及白介素-8（IL-8）水平与病情变化的相关性.方法 选择COPD患者79例为研究对象,根据患者处于慢性阻塞性肺疾病的不同时期分为稳定组39例,急性加重组（AECOPD）40例.并选40例健康正常人为对照组,比较三组患者的脂联素及IL-8的水平.结果 COPD患者脂联素水平较对照组明显降低,而IL-8水平较对照组明显升高（P〈0.01）;AECOPD组脂联素水平较稳定组COPD降低,IL-8升高,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）.直线相关分析显示：动脉血氧分压水平与血清脂联素水平呈正相关,与IL-8水平呈负相关.重结论脂联素及白介素-8可能参与了COPD的炎症反应,并且其水平变化与病情的严重程度相关.

Correlation between adiponection and IL-8 and the disease variety in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective：To explore the relationship between adiponeetion and IL-8 and the disease variety in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods： 79 cases of COPD were divided two groups according to acute exacerbation without. The stable group 39 cases, the acute exacerbation group 40 cases. 40 healthy volunteers were recruited as normal control group. Adiponection and IL-8 of the three groups were compared. Results： Adiponection in patients with COPD were significantly decreased than those in the normal control group, but IL-8 were higher. Adiponection in patients with AECOPD were significantly decreased than those in the stable COPD, but IL-8 were higher. Correlation analysis showed that adiponection was correlated positively with PaO2, but IL-8 on the contrary. Conclusion： Adiponeetion and IL- 8 may participate in the inflammatory reaction of COPD, and the severity level is related to the disease variety of COPD.
