13680名农村妇女宫颈癌筛查情况分析

目的 对泰安岱岳区辖区内符合条件的13680例年龄为25～60岁农村户籍妇女宫颈癌筛查情况进行分析.方法采用宫颈液基细胞学TBS 检查联合DNA定量测定,对结果为意义不明的非典型鳞状上皮（ASC-US）及其以上病变,或细胞DNA 定量分析有≥3 个异常细胞或者细胞增殖比例大于细胞总数10%时,在阴道镜下行多点活检,进行病理检查.结果 13680名受检者中宫颈液基细胞学TBS 检查联合DNA定量测定阳性255例,其中宫颈液基细胞学TBS 检查阳性234例,DNA 定量分析检测阳性245例,行阴道镜下活检病理255例,经病理诊断阳性者即CINⅠ及以上病变共98例,其中经宫颈液基细胞学TBS 检查阳性而确诊的为92例,漏诊6例;经DNA 定量分析检测阳性而确诊的为96例,漏诊2例.结论采用宫颈液基细胞学TBS检查联合DNA定量测定结合活检是目前宫颈癌筛查的有效方法,值得推广.

Analysis information regarding screening cervical cancer in 13680 rural women

Objective： To analyze information regarding screening cervical cancer in 13 680 rural women, aged 25 - 60 in Daiyue district of Taian. Methods Using liquid - based cytology test uinited the quantitative determination of DNA. Patho- logical examination with biopsy under the colposeope when the result is atypical squamous cells of undetermined signifi- cance, ASC - US, including above ASC - US,or beyond 3 abnormal cells in the quantitative determination of DNA, or cell proliferation is more than 10%. Results Positive cases is 255 among 13680 investigated, including 206 positive eases in liq- uid-based cytology test,245 positive eases in the quantitative determination of DNA. 255 positive eases are pathological examined with biopsy under the colposcope. The pathologic diagnosis with CIN I and above CIN I are 98 cases. 92 cases are diagnosed through liquid - based cytology test and 96 eases are diagnosed through the quantitative determination of DNA. Conclusion Using liquid - based cytology test uinited the quantitative determination of DNA is the effective way in cervical cancer screening at present.
