氨氯地平与依那普利治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的对比研究

目的 观察氨氯地平联合依那普利与单用氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的临床效果.方法 选择高血压合并冠心病患者200例,采用双盲法随机分为实验组与对照组,每组100例.实验组给予氨氯地平联合依那普利,对照组单用氨氯地平,两组疗程均为12周.对两组病人治疗前后的收缩压和舒张压数值以及两组药物不良反应发生例数进行统计学处理.结果 治疗前后,实验组与对照组的收缩压和舒张压数值均有显著下降,具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,但两组比较,结果无统计学差异（P＞0.05）;而实验组患者下肢水肿的发病率显著低于对照组患者（P＜0.01）.结论 氨氯地平联合依那普利与单用氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的降压效果类同.但联合用药,可减少药物剂量,减轻药物不良反应.

A comparative sduty of Amlodipine and Enalapril treatment in the patients with hypertention complicated coronary cardiopathy

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of combined drug and single drug treatment in the patients with hypertention complicated coronary cardiopathy. Methods： The double blind method was adopted by random assignment and 200 patients were divided into the experimental group （ 100 eases） and control group （ 100 cases）. The experimental group was given amlodipine and enalapril; while the control group was given amlodipine simply. The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure numerical and adverse drug reaction of statistical indexes were compared statistically between the two groups. All treatments were given for 12 weeks. Results： Before and after treatment, the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure numerical showed very significant difference （P 〈0.01 ）, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; in all statistical indexes of adverse drug reaction, the edema occurrence of lower extremity was statistically different （P 〈0. O1 ） between the two groups, which was lower in the experimental group than than that in the control group. Conclusion： There was similar effect on patients with hypertention complicated coronary cardiopathy between the two groups,but amlodipine and enalapril can decreace the dose of the drug and reduce the adverse drug reaction.
