腹腔镜联合宫腔镜治疗不孕症应用及围术期护理

目的 探讨腹腔镜联合宫腔镜治疗不孕症病人的应用效果及围术期的护理价值.方法 2007年5月至20012年11月,我们对120例不孕症者行腹腔镜和宫腔镜联合治疗,术中同时施行输卵管染色通液和宫腔镜下输卵管口插管通液术,临床资料进行回顾分析,并给予围术期精心护理.结果 原发性不孕54例,继发性不孕66例.所有患者手术经过顺利,围术期情绪稳定,医、护、患三方配合默契,无并发症发生.结论 腹腔镜、宫腔镜联合技术治疗不孕症效果良好.围术期护理及健康宣教教能够保证腹腔镜、宫腔镜联合技术的顺利实施.

Perioperative nursing care of infertile women applied of combination with laparoscopy and hysteroscopy

Objective： To explore the signification of perioperative nursing care and healthcare education for infertile women applied of combination with laparoseopy and hysteroseopy. Methods ： 120 patients were treatmented by laparoseopy and dye - test using catheterization of the tubal ostium by hysteroscopy from May 2007 to November 2012. The data resul- ting from the easeswith perioperative nursing care and healthcare education experiences was reviewed retrospectively. Re- suits：The number of primary infertility and secondary infertility was 54 and 66 respectively. All the procedures were a- chieved successfully . The patientswere comfortable. Therewas no complications. Conclusion： Laparoscopy hysteroscopy combined with technology, good effect in the treatment of infertility. Peri operation period nursing and health education lp- aroscopy hysteroseopy combined with technology, can guarantee the successful completion of the implementation.
