黑木耳、银耳、银耳孢子多糖对血清蛋白生物合成的影响

摘    要:本文用放射性同位素标记测定法比较了黑木耳多糖、银耳多糖及银耳孢子多糖对小白鼠血清蛋白生物合成的影响:实验结果表明:三种多糖均有增加~3H-亮氨酸掺入小白鼠血清蛋白的作用,与对照组比较,掺入量分别增加29%、65%和95%。这说明上述三种多糖均有不同程度促进血清蛋白生物合成的作用。其中以银耳孢子多糖最好、银耳多糖次之,黑木耳多糖较差。

Abstract:Intraperitoneal administration of the polysaccharides of Auricularia auricula, Tremella fuciformis Berk and the spores of Tremella fuciformis Berk to mice was ound to accelerate the biosynthesis of serum protein. The incorporation rate of ~3H-leucine into serum protein, compared with the control, was signi- ficantly increased by 29%,65% and 95% respectively after the injection of three polysaccharides mentioned above with a dose of 100 mg/kg.
