| 摘 要： | 目的总结连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)救治重症孕产妇合并多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)的临床经验。方法收集合并多器官功能障碍综合征的重症孕产妇的临床资料,回顾性分析治疗方法及并发MODS的原因及CVVH治疗的效果。结果并发MODS的产科原因分别为重度妊高征、产后出血等。采用CVVH治疗的6例MODS孕产妇中治愈3例,死亡3例,死亡患者均存在凝血功能障碍。结论在妊娠合并MODS的治疗中,除针对病因及对症治疗外,CVVH是有效的辅助治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical experience of applying continuous vein-vein hemofiltration (CVVH) to the women with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) in high risk pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of the women in high risk pregnancy with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) were analyzed retrospectively.Results The causes of MODS were serious pregnancy,postpartum hemorrhage and so on.Three cases with MODS in 6 cases were cured by CVVH,all the dead cases had dysfunction of blood coagulation.Conclusion Besides the etiological treatment and symptomatic treatment,CVVH was an effective adjuvant treatment in the treatment of MODS combined with pregnancy. |
