摘    要:针对目前没有适用于全自动配血系统的试剂卡离心机的问题,提出了一种采用交流伺服电机设计离心机的方案,并完成了电机性能参数的选择,实现了离心机主要功能模块的机械结构设计.另外,采用Atmega128L芯片完成了离心机控制主板的设计,同时完成了离心机完整工作流程的设计.实验表明,采用交流伺服电机设计的离心机转速可控、位置可调、运行稳定,可满足全自动配血系统的功能要求.

Abstract:A centrifuge design proposal with AC servomotor is shown,for there is no applicable reagents card centrifuge for automatic blood cross-matching system.In the design proposal,the performance parameters of the motor were made sure,and the mechanical structure of the main functional modules was finished.Besides,the main circuit board used the microchip Atmega128L was designed,and the centrifuge’s workflow completely was programmed.Experiments showed that the centrifuge’s speed is controllable,the card-box’s position is adjustable,and the running is stable.In short,the centrifuge can meet the need of the automatic blood cross-matching system.
