经尿道电切加膀胱灌注综合治疗难治性膀胱癌的临床观察

目的:探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术加膀胱灌注综合治疗难治性膀胱癌的疗效。方法:对16例难治性膀胱癌采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术,术后早期即开始加用吡柔比星膀胱灌注,术后定期复查膀胱镜,随访时间2～29个月。结果:所有病例中复发8例,复发率为50%,死亡1例,死亡率为6.25%。结论:经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术加膀胱灌注综合治疗难治性膀胱癌不仅可以提高生活质量,也可以延长生命。

Clinical observation on the syntheszing treatment of refractory bladder cancer with TURBt(transurethral resection of bladder tumor) and intravesical chemotherapy

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the syntheszing treatment of refractory bladder cancer with TURBt(transurethral resection of bladder tumor) and intravesical chemotherapy.Method To analyze the clinical date of sixteen cases of refractory bladder cancer patients treated by TURBt from January 2009 to June 2011,the intravesical chemotherapy was given as early as possible after TURBt,with Pirarubicin Hydrochloride,and cystoscopy was performed at regular intervals after operation.Sixteen cases were followed-up 2 to 29 months.Results The number of recurrence was eight,and the recurrence rates was 50%,one case dead,the mortality rate was 6.25%.Conclusion TURBt and intravesical chemotherapy for refractory bladder cancer can improve the quality of patients′ life and prolong the survival time.
