| 摘 要： | 目的:观察海带局部贴敷配合TDP照射治疗静脉炎的疗效。方法:将46例由不同原因引起的静脉炎患者按发生静脉炎的先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,各23例。观察组采用海带局部贴敷配合射频理疗进行治疗,对照组则采用传统的硫酸镁湿敷疗法。结果:观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论:海带局部贴敷是临床治疗静脉炎较为简便且疗效较好的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of locally sticking kelp combined with TDP irradiation in the treatment of phlebitis.Method Total 46 phlebitis patients caused by different reasons were randomly divided into the observation group(n=23) and the control group(n=23) by the happening order of phlebitis.The observation group adopted the way of locally sticking kelp combined with TDP irradiation,the control group utilized the traditional therapy of Magnesium sulfate wet compress.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better than the control group obviously.Conclusion Locally sticking kelp is a simple and effective treatment for phlebitis in clinic. |
