术前放疗、化疗治疗直肠癌的临床研究

目的:探讨术前放疗联合化疗治疗直肠癌的临床疗效。方法:将收治的直肠癌患者62例随机分为对照组与试验组,每组31例,对照组术前单纯给予化疗治疗,手术后继续进行原化疗方案;试验组术前给予化疗联合放疗治疗,手术后继续进行原化疗方案。比较两组患者的临床疗效、肿瘤降级率、复发率、保肛率、5年生存率、病理完全缓解率以及不良反应等指标,并进行统计分析。结果:试验组能够提高肿瘤降级率、病理完全缓解率、保肛率(P<0.05);试验组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组5年生存率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组的不良反应发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术前放疗联合化疗能够明显提高直肠癌患者的临床疗效、肿瘤降级率、保肛率以及病理完全缓解率,值得推广应用。

Clinical study on preoperative radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for rectal cancer

Objective To explore the clinical effect of preoperative radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for rectal cancer.Method Total 62 cases with rectal cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,31 cases in each group.The control group was given chemotherapy only before the operation,the same chemotherapy program was continued after the operation.The experimental group was given radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy before the operation,the same chemotherapy program was continued after the operation.The clinical effects,the tumor degradation rate,the recurrence rate,the sphincter preservation rate,5-year survival rate,the pathologic CR rate,side effects and other indexes were compared between the two groups,and analyzed.Results The experimental group can improve the tumor degradation rate,the pathologic CR rate,and the sphincter preservation rate(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The side effect incidence was higher in the experimental group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The preoperative radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy can improve the clinical effects,the tumor degradation rate,the sphincter preservation rate and the pathologic CR rate.
