临床应用一次性三腔水封瓶降低护士工作负荷的探讨

目的探讨在保证患者安全的前提下,使用一次性三腔水封瓶降低胸腔引流水封瓶更换频率,减轻护士工作负荷的可行性。方法对57例肺叶切除及食管癌、贲门癌患者术后48～144h的胸腔引流液进行细菌及真菌培养。结果 163例次48～144h的胸腔引流液细菌及真菌培养均为阴性。结论胸外科患者术后应用一次性三腔水封瓶,每周更换1次,可显著减轻护士工作负荷。

Clinical application of disposable three cavity water seal bottle to reduce work load of nurses

Objective under the premise of the safety of patients, the use of disposable three cavity water seal bottle reduce thoracic drainage water sealing bottle replacement frequency, and the work load of the feasibility. Methods 57 cases of lobeetomy of lung and esophageal carcinoma, gastric carcinoma after 48 144H of the pleural fluid drainage for bacterial and mycological culture. Results 163 cases of 48 -- 144H in pleural drainage fluid bacterial and fungal cultures were negative. Conclusion the thoracic surgery patients after application of disposable three cavity water seal bottle, changed once a week, can significantly reduce the nurses＂ work load.
