摘    要:目的:通过40例乳腺肿块空芯针穿刺标本病理活检与肿块切除病理活检诊断的对比,探讨乳腺空芯针穿刺标本在乳腺肿物术前诊断的可行性。方法:对40例乳腺肿块患者采用美国生产Bard自动活检枪及16G活检针穿刺乳腺肿块取材,做石蜡病理检查及免疫组化。结果:17例为良性包块,23例为乳腺恶性肿瘤,行乳腺肿块切除病理活检对照,良性符合率100%(17/17),恶性肿瘤病理类型符合率87%(20/23)。结论:乳腺空芯针穿刺活检是一种操作简单、快速、安全并具重复性的术前诊断方法,能比较准确的为临床在术前确定肿块的病理性质,并且确定为恶性肿瘤者还可以加做免疫组化从而进一步指导临床治疗。

Clinical investigation on 40 cases of breast tumor core needle insertion specimen pathological biopsy

Abstract:Objective To discuss the diagnostic feasibility of breast core needle insertion specimen in breast tumor before operation,by comparing 40 cases of breast tumor core needle insertion specimen pathological biopsy and excision tumor pathological biopsy diagnosis.Method Samplings of the 40 cases of patients were selected by adopting American produced Bard auto biopsy spear and 16 G biopsy needle inserting breast tumor,and paraffin wax pathological check-up and immunohistochemistry were conducted.Results For 17 cases were benign tumor;23 cases were malignant mammary tumor.Contrasted with breast tumor biopsy,the accurate rate was 100% in benign tumor,and the accurate rate was 87% in malignant tumor pathological type.Conclusion Breast core needle insertion biopsy is a fast and safe,repeatable and easy-operating diagnosis before operation,which can relative accurately confirm the pathological quality of the tumor before clinical operation,and can direct clinical therapy for malignant tumors according to the results of immunohistochemistry.
