单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病42例疗效观察

目的:探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床效果。方法:选择新生儿缺血、缺氧性脑病84例,将以上患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组患儿常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷脂。治疗期间观察两组患儿临床症状的改善情况,观察患儿意识、呼吸、瞳孔、肌张力、原始反射等。结果:观察组总有效率为95.2%,对照组总有效率为76.1%,观察组总有效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷脂能够显著改善新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床症状和体征,临床效果显著。

Clinical observation of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside for 42 cases with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside for neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Method Total 84 cases with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were selected from January 2009 to January 2010,and randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group.The routine therapy was used to the control group,monosialotetrahexosylganglioside was given to the observation group on the basis of the routine treatment.Consciousness,respiration,pupil,muscular tension and primitive reflex were observed during the treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.2%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 76.1%,the total effective rate in the observation group compared with that in the control group,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Mnosialotetrahexosylganglioside can improve the clinical symptoms of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,and the clinical efficacy is significant.
