肌内注射方法的改进探索

目的探索针头针尖斜面平行于肌纤维时能否减小对肌纤维等组织的损伤及减轻疼痛。方法将10名健康志愿者随机分为两组。A组使用常规注射法在左侧三角肌注射1ml0.9%氯化钠溶液,使用改进后的注射法(针尖斜面平行于肌纤)在右侧三角肌注射1ml0.9%氯化钠溶液。B组使用改进后的注射法(针尖斜面平行于肌纤)在左侧三角肌注射1ml0.9%氯化钠溶液,使用常规注射法在右侧三角肌注射1ml0.9%氯化钠溶液。用VAS疼痛量表评价注射时疼痛后统计学分析。结果无论是左侧(A组)还是右侧(B组)使用改进后的注射法,与常规注射法相比,疼痛均有显著减少。结论改进后的注射法可明显减少患者在注射时的疼痛。

Muscle Injection Method to Explore Improvement

Objective To explore when the needle tip cant and muscle fiber parallel to injection whether the damage and alleviating pain is reduced. Methods 10 healthy olunteers were randomly divided into two groups, Injection lml physiological saline in the left deltoid muscle by conventional method while improved injection （tip parallel to the muscle fider inclined） on the right triangular muscle in group A; Injection lml physiological saline in the left deltoid muscle by improved injection （ tip parallel to the muscle fiber inclined） while conventional method on the right triangadar muscle in group B. Analysising the Injec- tion pain in statistics through the VAS pain scale. ResnIts Improved injection method comparing with conventional injection, pain was significantly different, whether it is the left side （group A） or right （group B）. Conclusion The improved injection method can significantly reduce patients＇ pain at the injection.
