| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨螺旋CT在腹部外伤中的诊断价值。方法:对78例经CT确诊的腹部外伤患者作了回顾性分析。结果:腹部外伤以中上腹部的实质性脏器为主,脾损伤40例,肾损伤18例,肝损伤15例,胰损伤2例,腹腔积血20例,腹膜后血肿3例。结论:螺旋CT检查能够准确的反映腹部实质性脏器损伤的部位、范围、腹腔出血的量及损伤后并发症与后遗症的形成,为临床医生制订治疗方案提供可靠依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of spiral computed tomography(CT) in the diagnosis of abdominal trauma.Method Clinical data of 78 patients diagnosed as abdominal trauma by using spiral CT were analyzed retrospectively.Results Injuries of upper and middle abdominal parenchymal viscera were the main component of abdominal trauma.Among 78 patients,40,18,15,2,20 and 3 cases were diagnosed as splenic injury,renal injury,liver injury,pancreas injury,hemoperitoneum and retroperitoneal hematoma,respectively.Conclusion Location,boundary,hemorrhage volume in peritoneum,complications and sequelae of abdominal parenchymal viscera could be reflected accurately by using spiral CT.Performing spiral CT can provide reliable data to clinical doctors for making therapeutic decision. |
