家长陪同麻醉诱导在手术室优质护理中的应用及效果观察

目的探讨家长陪同患儿度过麻醉诱导期（PPIP）对围术期患儿合作程度、患儿家长焦虑程度及满意度的影响。方法选择2011年6月～11月100患儿例作为对照组,2011年12月～2012年5月100例患儿作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理方法,给予患儿及家长心理干预。观察组除常规心理干预外,由家长陪同患儿度过PPIP。采用诱导期合作评分量表（ICC）观察诱导时患儿合作程度,以Zung氏焦虑状态自评量表（SAS）测量患儿家长的焦虑程度,采用问卷调查方式,了解家长的满意度。结果观察组ICC评分明显降低、患儿家长围术期SAS评分明显降低,患儿家长满意度明显升高（P〈0.01）。结论家长陪同患儿度过PPIP,可以明显降低患儿家长围术期的焦虑水平,提高患儿合作程度及家长满意度。

The Application and Effect`s Observation of Anesthesia Induction Accompanied by their Parents in High Quality Nursing of the Operating Room

Objective To explore the influence of pediatric patientsaccompanied by their parents in anesthesia induction period(PPIP) onPediatric patients` co-operation,their parents` anxiety andsatisfaction in operation period.Methods Choose 100 cases of pediatric patients between June 2011 and November 2011 as control group,and choose 100 cases of pediatric patients between December 2011 and May 2012 as observation group.Their age is one to six years old.In the control group,routine nursing and psychological intervention were given to pediatric patients and their parents received psychological intervention too.In the observation group,pediatric patients was accompanied by their parents in anesthesia induction period,and also received the routine psychological intervention.We adopted ICC to evaluate the pediatric patients`co-operation degree.Their parents` anxiety degree was measured by Zung’s anxiety state self-test scale(SAS),while their parents` satisfaction degree was known by questionnaire survey.Results The grade of co-operation in the observation group was obviously lower than the other group(P<0.01).The grade of parents` anxiety degree of observation group in peri operation period was obviously lower than the control(P<0.01).The satisfaction degree of the parents was markedly increased(P<0.01).Conclusions Compared with the routine psychological intervention,PPIP was better.The anxiety level of pediatric patients` parents was obviously reduced,while the pediatric patients` co-operation level and their parents` satisfaction were markedly increased in peri operation period.
