摘    要:目的:提高早产儿股静脉穿刺采血成功率,减少并发症的发生。方法:将156例股静脉采血早产患儿随机分为对照组(76例)和观察组(80例)。对照组采用传统定位斜角穿刺法,观察组采用垂直定位斜角穿刺法。结果:观察组一次采血成功率、标本合格率显著高于对照组,采血时间显著短于对照组,血肿、淤斑发生率、误穿动脉发生率、感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01)。结论:垂直定位斜角穿刺法定位准确、省时、成功率高、并发症少。

Abstract:Objective To improve the successful rate of puncturing blood in femoral vein of preterm infants,and to reduce the incidence of complications.Method Total 156 cases of preterm infants received puncturing blood in femoral vein were randomly divided into the control group(76 cases) and the observation group(80 cases).The control group punctured with traditional oblique angle positioning,the observation group with vertical positioning.Results The observation group′s one-time successful rate of puncturing,the qualified rate of samples were obviously higher than those of the control group,the time of puncturing blood was obviously shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of hematoma,mis-puncturing artery,ecchymosis and infection were obviously lower than those of the control group.Conclusion Puncturing through vertical positioning takes on such advantages as accuracy,timesaving,higher successful rate,lower rate of incidence complications than the traditional way through oblique angle positioning.
