| 摘 要： | 介绍我院自１９８８－１９９７年共分娩１６７３２例，其中帆状胎盘１２例，４例发生脐血管破裂。分娩结局，１例胎死宫内，３例因救及时，新生儿存活，但均出现青紫窒息。认为本病力争早期发现，并迅速以剖宫产结束分娩，同时做好新生的抢救工作。

| Abstract: | There were 16732 cases of delivery from 1988 to 1997 in our hospital. Among them12 cases were bound to have velamentous plancta,with rupture of umbilical cord vesseles in. Theresults were:one fetus died, three were alive as result of rescue in time,but all suffered from cyanotic neonatal asphyxia,It is advised to make the diagnosis as early as possible;Cesarean sectionshould be earried out immediately at the same time, rescue work and prompt management shouldbe done for the new born baby simutaneously. |
