抗骨质疏松胶囊治疗老年性骨质疏松症临床观察

目的：观察中药骨质疏松胶囊治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效和安全性，并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法：将102例老年骨质疏松症患者随机分为两组各51例，治疗组采用骨质疏松胶囊治疗；对照组采用仙灵骨葆治疗。观察指标主要为临床疗效、骨密度测定、中医证候等。结果：治疗组在总疗效率、骨密度改善情况、中医证候改善等方面与对照组比较有统计学意义，疗效优于对照组。结论：骨质疏松胶囊治疗老年性骨质疏松症疗效明确，值得进一步研究。

Clinical Observation of Capsule for Bone Rarefaction on Senile Osteoporosis

Objective ： To observe the curative effect and safety of Capsule for Bone Rarefaction on senile osteoporosis, and investigate its potential mechanism of action. Method ： 102 cases with senile osteoporosis were divided into two groups randomly, and 51 ones in each group. The cases in treatment group were treated with Capsule for Bone Rarefaction, and the ones in control group were done with Capsule of Xian -ling Gu -bao. The curative effect, bone densitometry and TCM syndrome were observed. Result： The total effective rate, the change of bone density and the improvement of TCM syndrome were better in treatment group than those in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups on them. Conclusion： Bone Rarefaction has good and reliable curative effect on senile osteoporosis, and it is worthy of being studied further.
