| 摘 要： | 目的研究一种操作简单、创伤小的治疗直肠脱垂的术式。方法采用直肠骶骨岬固定、直肠下端盆底腹膜成角固定治疗直肠脱垂54例。结果54例均治愈,无近期死亡和腹部并发症,随访1～13年无复发。结论直肠骶骨岬固定,直肠下端盆底腹膜成角固定是治疗直肠脱垂的一种理想术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To study a kind of operation by which rectal prolapse could be treated easily with little or no trauma.Methods The fixing of rectum to sacropromontory,and suturing lower end of rectum and peritoneam forming anorectum rectangular were performed in54patients.Results The method was easily to be operated and had few complications,little or no trauma.After1-13years follow-ups no relapse was found.All the patients were cured.Conclusion The method is an ideal way to treat rectal prolapse. |
