丹参多酚酸盐对电离辐射损伤血管内皮细胞影响的初步研究

目的：观察不同浓度的丹参多酚酸盐对电离辐射后人脐静脉内皮细胞（HUVEC）系ECV-304增殖抑制的影响，初步了解丹参多酚酸盐对血管内皮细胞的抗辐射保护作用。方法：ECV-304未干预组和不同浓度的丹参多酚酸盐干预组用4Gy的6MV-X射线进行照射，照前和照后24h分别用MTT法，观察药物对细胞增殖抑制的影响。结果：与照前对比，照后24h未干预组细胞增殖抑制率达到84%，而干预组随着药物浓度的增加，细胞的受抑制率逐渐降低。结论：丹参多酚酸盐对电离辐射损伤血管内皮细胞具有明显的保护作用，且具有药物浓度依赖性。

Preliminary Studies on Effects of Salvianolate on Vascular Endothelial Cells Damaged by Ionizing Radiation
