肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的影像学诊断及其病理基础

本文分析了11例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的腹部平片、静脉肾盂造影、B 超、CT 及手术病理资料。指出腹部平片、静脉肾盂造影检查无特征性表现;B 超表现为不均匀强回声肿块;CT 表现为平扫含脂肪组织的不均匀肿块,增强扫描软组织部分有不同程度的强化为肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的典型表现。指出B 超与CT 有同样的定性诊断价值。同时根据手术病理结果,探讨了B 超与CT 征象的形成原理。提出了该肿瘤与肾癌的鉴别要点。

Imaging Diagnosis and Pathological Basis of the Renal Angiomyolipoma

The data of abdominal x-ray film,I.V.pyelogram,ultrasonogram,CT,and surgico-pathology of eleven cases of renal angiomyolipoma were analysed.There is no specific finding on theabdominal film and I.V.pyelogram.Non homogenous high amplitude echoes is revealed inultrasonograph,non homogeneous mass with fatty tissue is demonstrated on CT scan.The component ofsoft tissue has variable enhancement in the contrast scanning.These are the specific finding of the renalangiomyolipoma.The ultra-sound and the CT have the same value in confirming diagnosis.Meanwhile,according to surgico-pathological data the forming mechanism of the signs of ultrasonography and CTwere discussed.The key point to differenciate a renal angiomyolipoma from a renal carcinoma werediscribed.
