160例老年糖耐量受损患者综合干预效果

目的对老年糖耐量受损（IGT）患者进行综合干预，观察2型糖尿病的患病情况。方法经葡萄糖耐量试验确诊的160例IGT患者随机分为对照组、二甲双瓜组和综合治疗组，对照组按原生活方式，不规律服药；二甲双胍组服用二甲双胍0．25g，3次／d；综合治疗组除根据个体情况制定饮食及运动方案，每年复查时重复宣传教育饮食、运动干预的意义外，且服用二甲双胍0．25g，3次／d。结果干预2a后综合治疗组糖尿病患病率为34．0％，二甲双胍组44．2％，对照组66．6％（P〈O．05）。结论老年IGT患者采用综合治疗方式进行干预治疗可降低糖尿病发病率及血糖水平。

The Effect of Integrated Intervention Therapy on 160 of the Elderly with Impaired Glucose Tolerance

Objective To investigate the effects of integrated intervention therapy on the elderly patients with IGT,and to observe their occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 160 IGT patients in the elderly were divided into contrast group,metformin group and integrated therapy group.The patients in contrast group kept their habitual life style and taking medicine erratically,while the patients in other two groups took metformin 3 times per day with 0.25 g/time,but the patients in integrated therapy also took diet and sport intervention.All patients were observed for 2 years.Results At the end of the study,the incidence of DM was 34.0%(17 cases) in the integrated therapy group,which is significantly lower that that in contrast group(66.6%,36 cases) and in metformin group(44.2%,23 cases)(P<0.05).Conclusion It was a useful treatment for the IGT patients in the elderly to take the integrated intervention therapy,so as to decrease their incidence of DM and level of blood sugar.
