MMP-7、COX-2在骨肉瘤中的表达和临床病理意义

目的：探讨骨肉瘤组织中MMP-7、COX-2蛋白的表达情况及其临床意义。方法：免疫组织化学SP测定MMP-7、CO-2蛋白在50例骨肉瘤及20例骨软骨瘤中的表达，分析其在骨肉瘤中表达水平及与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果：MMP-7、COX-2在骨肉瘤巾的表达明显高于骨软骨瘤（P〈0．01）；MMP-7、COX-2表达与Enneking临床分期关系密切，Ⅱb期与Ⅲ期MMP-7、COX-2的表达差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：MMP-7、COX-2是骨肉瘤发生、发展的标记之一。

Expressions and clinicopathologic significance of MMP-7 and COX-2 in osteosarcoma

Objective： To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of MMP - 7 and COX -2 in osteosarcoma. Methods： Immunohistoehemical staining method was used to evaluate the expressions of MMP -7 and COX - 2 in 50 osteosarcoma specimens and 20 osteochondroma specimens, the relationship between the expression of MMP -7 and COX -2 and the clinicopathologic characteristics were analyzed. Results： The positive rates of MMP -7 and COX -2 were 80 % （40/50） and 70 % （35/50） in osteosarcoma, and 25% （5/20） and 30 % （6/20） in osteochondroma, respectively. The expressions of MMP - 7 and COX - 2 were significantly higher in osteosarcoma than those in osteosarcoma （P 〈 0.01 ）. The positive rate of MMP - 7 and COX - 2 were closely related with Enneking clinical staging. There was significant diference in the positive rate between stage Ⅱb and stages in osteosareoma（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： MMP- 7 and COX -2 may be the potential markers for tumorgenesis and progress of osteosareoma.
