环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤

目的：探讨环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的美学效果。方法：术前标记瘤体位置。局麻下沿乳晕边缘弧形切开皮肤、皮下组织,沿大乳管走向潜行剥离,至瘤体包膜并予以钳夹提起用组织剪沿瘤体包膜楔形切除肿瘤。结果：32例患者伤口均甲级愈合,无明显瘢痕,双侧乳房对称,乳头乳晕感觉良好。结论：采用环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤部位隐蔽,术后瘢痕小,美容效果好。

Experience of central areolar incision treatment for breast fibroids

Objective To discuss the central areolar incision treatment for breast fibroids.Methods All cases were used local anesthesia,tumor location was marked before operation.The operation cut along the edge of the areola skin,subcutaneous tissue,sneaked along the large strip of large latex vessels to clamp and bring the tumor capsule,also cut the tumor capsule along the tissue wedge to remove the tumor.Results The 32 patients were all wound healing by first intention,without markable scar.The bilateral breasts were symmetrical with good sensory function of areola.Conclusion The location of breast fibroma was concealed with surround-mammary areola incision treatment,the scar was small after operation with excellent cosmetic results.
