| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）对急性冠脉综合征（ACS）冠状动脉粥样斑块炎症反应检测的敏感性。方法：采用免疫透射比浊法测定ACS病例48例，对照组48例的急性时相hs—CRP含量，并作比较。结果：hs—CRP水平在ACS组中升高明显，以急性心肌梗死组最高（23694±2167）ng／ml]，不稳定心绞痛组次之（19773±1945）ng／ml]，与对照组相比有非常显著差异（P〈0．001）。结论：hs—CRP在检测急性冠脉综合征的冠状动脉粥样斑块的炎症反应方面，具有较高的敏感性性，是急性冠脉综合征的危险预报因子之一。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the change of supersensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） content in patient with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. Methods： The hs-CRP content was detect by immunoturbidimetry in 48 ACS patients and 48 normal controls, then compared it between two groups. Results： The hs-CRP level significantly increased in ACS group compared with normal control group （P〈0. 001）. The hs-CRP level （23694±2167） ng/ml] of ACS group was more than that of normal control group （19773±1945） ng/ml], P〈0.01. Conclusion： The hs - CRP level is sensitive for detect inflammation of coronary atherosclerosis plaque, and may regard as one of predicting factors for acute coronary syndrome. |
