干扰素不同给药方法治疗宫颈SPI的临床研究

目的探讨干扰素不同给药方法治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒亚临床感染（简称宫颈SPI）的疗效和不良反应。方法将经阴道镜和宫颈活检组织病理学诊断为宫颈SPI的42例患者,采取随机双盲法分为A组和B组。A组给予干扰素栓塞阴道治疗,B组给予皮下注射干扰素治疗,观察两组患者治疗前、后阴道镜下的宫颈情况、HPV病毒转阴率和药物不良反应等。结果 A组、B组的总有效率分别为85.7%、90.5%（P〉0.05）,HPV病毒转阴率分别为76.2%、81.0%（P〉0.05）。结论干扰素两种不同给药方法治疗宫颈SPI的疗效显著,能提高HPV病毒转阴率,临床上可视患者情况选择适宜的给药方法。

Clinical Study of Different Administration Methods of Interferon in the Treatment of Cervical SPI

Objective To explore the curative effect and the side effect of different administration methods of interferon in the treatment of cervical subclinical human papilloma infection（SPI）.Methods 42 cases with cervical SPI diagnosed by colposcopy and pathological study of the cervical biopsy were randomly divided into 2 groups： group A and group B;Vaginal embolization with interferon was performed in group A while subcutaneous injection of interferon was performed in group B;cervix under colposcopy before and after treatment,HPV negative conversion rate and the side effect in the 2 groups were observed.Results The total effective rate and HPV negative conversion rate in group A were 85.7% and 76.2 while those in group B were 90.5% and 81.0%（P〉0.05）.Conclusions The 2 different administration methods of interferon lead to significant curative effect in the treatment of cervical SPI and can help raise HPV negative conversion rate;administration method is to be chosen correctly according to the patient＇s condition.
