肿瘤专科医院新入职护士人文关怀品质与共情能力的研究

摘    要:目的了解肿瘤专科医院新入职护士人文关怀品质与共情能力,并分析两者之间的相关性。方法采用护士一般资料问卷、护士人文关怀品质量表及人际指数量表对江苏省肿瘤医院新入职的101名护士进行人文关怀品质及共情能力调查,并分析两者之间的相关性。结果101名护士中人文关怀品质总分为163.49±15.45,各维度得分为:人文关怀理念(37.31±0.16)分,人文关怀知识(41.27±4.33)分,人文关怀能力(51.04±4.79)分,人文关怀感知(33.87±3.63)分。共情能力总分为86.35±7.53,各维度得分为:观点采择(23.40±2.74)分,幻想(20.11±3.30)分,共情关注(21.64±2.30)分,个人悲伤(21.20±2.61)分。新入职护士共情能力与人文关怀品质呈正相关;新入职护士的性别、共情能力是其人文关怀品质的影响因素。结论在新入职护士规范化培训中,应采取相关培训措施提高护士的共情能力,从而提高其人文关怀品质,特别要关注新入职的男性护士共情能力的提高。

Humanistic care quality and empathy ability of newly recruited nurses in cancer hospitals

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between humanistic care quality and empathy ability of newly recruited nurses in cancer hospitals. Methods The nurses" general data questionnaire, humanistic care quality table and the interpersonal index scale were applied in 101 newly recruited nurses in Jiangsu Cancer Hospital on the quality of humanistic care and empathy abilities to explore the correlation between them. Results The total score of humanistic care in this group of newly recruited nurses was 163.49+15.45. The scores of all dimensions were as follows: the humanistic care concept was 37.31+0.16, the humanistic care knowledge was 41.27+4.33, the humanistic care ability was 51.04+4.79, the humanistic care was 33.87+3.63. And the total score of empathy was 86.35+7.53. The scores of all dimensions were as follow: the viewpoint selection was 23.40+2.74, fantasy was 20.11+3.30, empathy concern was 21.64+2.30, personal sadness was 21.20+2.61. The empathy ability of newly recruited nurses was positively correlated with the quality of humanistic care. The gender and empathy ability of new recruits were the influencing factors for humanistic care quality. Conclusion In the standardized training of new entry nurses, relevant training measures can be adopted to improve the empathy of nurses so as to improve the quality of their humanistic care, especially for new male nurses.
