基于社区精神科门诊规范化管理严重精神障碍患者的成效分析*

目的:基于社区精神科门诊的严重精神障碍患者管理现状,探讨贴合辖区实际的患者规范化管理方法,以促进患者更好地回归家庭、社会。方法:选取辖区内2014年12月31日前登记在册的依托社区精神科门诊按照严重精神障碍患者管理规范要求实施管理的236位患者为研究对象,分析评价5年来的管理成效。结果:236位严重精神障碍患者规范化管理前后的比较发现,患者规范管理率由77.54%增加至99.15%;规范用药率由77.12%增加至95.76%;最近一次随访病情稳定率由98.72%增加至100%;面访率由37.71%增加至95.76%;年度体检率由35.17%增加至75.42%。另外,患者对家庭、社会的影响和社会功能方面也有明显好转。结论:依托社区精神科门诊的严重精神障碍患者规范化管理模式效果明显,有利于维护社区稳定和谐。

Effectiveness Analysis on the Standardized Management of Patients with Severe Mental Disorders Based on Community Psychiatric Clinics

OBJECTIVE Based on the management situation of patients with severe mental disorders in community psychiatric clinics, it explored standardized management methods that fit the actual area of the jurisdiction to promote patients to better return to their families and society. METHODS It selected 236 patients with severe mental disorder who were registered before December 31,2014 as the research objects and relied on community psychiatric clinics to implement management in accordance with the requirements of the management standards, then analyzed and evaluated the management effectiveness in the past five years. RESULTS A comparison of 236 patients before and after standardized management found that the rate of standardized management increased from77.54% to 99.15%;the rate of standardized medication increased from 77.12% to 95.76%;the rate of stable disease in the latest follow-up increased from 98.72% to 100%;the rate of face-to-face interview increased from 37.71% to 95.76%;the rate of annual physical examination increased from 35.17% to 75.42%. In addition, the patient’s influence on family society and social functions improved significantly. CONCLUSION Relying on the standardized management model of patients with severe mental disorder in community psychiatric clinics, the effects were remarkable. There was conducive to the stability and harmony of the community.
