| 摘 要： | 难治性高血压的发病机制及病因复杂,其心血管风险及预后不良的概率增加,因此对难治性高血压的诊断及治疗十分重要.本文通过两个病例,并结合相关文献,对难治性高血压的诊断及治疗进展进行了简要的梳理.

| Abstract: | Summary: Resistant hypertension is a difficult point in treatment of hypertension. Renal artery stenosis is one of the causes of resistant hypertension. There have been few reports of bilateral renal artery stenosis. We have treated and followed up 2 elderly patients with resistant hypertension caused by bilateral renal artery stenosis. |
