摘    要:目的 分析含有中医经典药对人参-附子的中医方剂组方规律.方法 收集《中医方剂大辞典》中含人参-附子药对的方剂,录入中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5)建立数据库,分析其主治疾病频次和用药频次,并分析治疗4种高频疾病的方剂组方规律.结果 纳入含有人参-附子药对的方剂1067首,高频主治疾病为厥脱、虚劳、脾虚伤食、中风(脑卒中...

Abstract:Objective To study the composition rules of traditional Chinese medicine prescription containing classic Chinese medicine pair Renshen(Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma)-Danggui(Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata). Methods The prescriptions containing Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata pairs in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions were collected and sorted out, and the database was established by inputting the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS)(V2.5) to analyze the rules of prescription formulation for the treatment of four kinds of high-frequency diseases and. Based on the Apriori algorithm of association rules(setting support of 10%, 20%, 30% and confidence of 0.9 respectively), the formula rule of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata prescription was analyzed. Selecting four diseases with the highest frequency of treatment, and to analyze the prescription laws of the prescription containing Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata drugs for treating different diseases. Results Through screening 1067 prescriptions containing Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, and 14 kinds of common diseases were mainly treated in traditional Chinese medicine(frequency ≥20);A total of 236 drugs are involved, including 21 drugs(frequency ≥80) that are often compatible with them, and there are 12 common drug combinations, and six core drugs that are often compatible with them, which include Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex), Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Fuling(Poria), etc. There are six kinds of commonly used drug combinations for treating JueTuo, and three kinds of commonly compatible core drugs are Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Poria, Licorice. There are 52 kinds of commonly used drug combinations for treating consumptive disease, and eight kinds of commonly compatible core drugs are Poria, cinnamon, liquorice, Niuxi(Achyranthis bidentatae Radix), etc. There are 34 common combinations of drugs to treat stroke, eight kinds of commonly compatible core drugs include Poria, Cinnamomi Cortex, liquorice, dried ginger, parsnip, ephedra and others. There are 25 kinds of commonly used drug combinations for the treatment of spleen deficiency injury and food, nine kinds of commonly compatible core drugs include Poria, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizome, Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), dried ginger and others. Conclusion Data mining method was used to study the prescription regularity of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, which has guiding value to its clinical application. And it not only provides the basis for the research and development of new prescription of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, but also provides a method for the study of new prescription rule of medicine pairs.
