Analysis of the nursing effect of gratitude emotional nursing intervention on patients with compensatory liver cirrhosis

Objective To explore the effect of gratitude nursing intervention on patients with compensatory liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 128 patients with compensatory cirrhosis who were treated at Wuxi Fifth People's Hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by the method of two-color ball.The two groups of patients received conventional symptomatic treatment.And the patients in study group received gratitude emotional nursing intervention in addition.The gratitude emotional states,self-management efficacy and psychological states of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in GRAT,CDSES and SCL-90 scores between the two groups of patients with compensated liver cirrhosis(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of GRAT and CDSES in the study group were higher than those of control group.And SCL-90 scores and total scores were lower than those of control group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions The gratitude nursing intervention can effectively improve the gratitude level of patients with compensated liver cirrhosis,which improves the mental health and self-efficacy of patients.
