Analysis of the influence of family intimacy and adaptive reinforcement on the self-coping style of postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction

Objective To study the influence of family intimacy and adaptive reinforcement on the self-coping style of postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods A total of 82 patients with PFD admitted to Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were included in the study by convenient sampling method,and divided into the enhanced group and the control group by random envelope method.The patients in control group received pelvic floor muscle function exercise intervention.While the patients in enhanced group were treated with family intimacy and adaptive reinforcement intervention on the basis of the control group.The coping styles before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.The muscle strength and fatigue degree,the POP-Q index and the quality of sexual life before and after intervention were compared.Results The face score of the enhanced group was higher than that of the control group.While the scores of avoidance and yield were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores ofⅠ,Ⅱmuscle in enhanced group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).And the proportion of patients whose POP-Q points to 0 degrees was much higher than that of the control group,andⅡdegree was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Family intimacy and adaptive reinforcement interventions can significantly improve the self-coping style and quality of sexual life of PFD patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
