对比型教学查房在临床护理带教中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨对比型教学查房在临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法将2019年3月至2019年10月期间高州市人民医院200名实习护生作为研究对象,将护生根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各100人。对照组护生使用常规带教模式,观察组护生使用对比型教学查房。对比两组护生的考核评分、能力指标得分以及对带教的满意度。结果观察组护生理论成绩与操作成绩(92.23±6.08)分、(95.27±4.41)分]均高于对照组(73.11±5.18)分、(78.09±4.25)分](均P<0.05);各项能力指标得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);对带教的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对比型教学查房在临床带教中具有明显效果,能够提高护生的实习成绩、护理能力和带教满意度,值得推广。

Application of contrastive wardinspection in clinical nursing teaching

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of contrastive ward inspection in clinical nursing teaching.Methods Two hundred nursing students in Gaozhou People's Hospital from March 2019 to October 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group.Conventional teaching mode was applied in control group.While the students in observation group were treated with the intervention of contrastive ward inspection.The assessment scores,ability indicators and satisfaction with teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The assessment scores of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group significantly(P<0.05).The ability indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group significantly(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of teaching in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Contrastive ward inspection has a significant effect on clinical teaching,which improves the ability of nursing students and teaching satisfaction.
