手法复位加中药熏洗治疗踝关节骨折脱位

目的探讨手法复位加中药熏洗治疗踝关节骨折脱位的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院自2004年5月～2008年5月来诊的98例踝关节骨折脱位患者应用法复位加中药熏洗治疗的临床资料。结果本组98例,随访时间最长5年,最短2年。治疗后关节功能恢复优者76例,占77.6%,良14例,占14.3%;差8例,占8.1%。结论手法复位加中药熏洗治疗踝关节骨折脱位效果较好,在掌握适应症的前提下,可以推广应用。

Manipulative Reduction and TCM Fumigation in Treatment of Ankle Fracture-Dislocation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of manipulative reduction and TCM fumigation in treatment of ankle frac ture-dislocation.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 98 cases of ankle fracture and dislocation treated with manipulative re duction and TCM fumigation from May 2004 to May 2008 in our hospital.Results In 98 cases,the longest follow-up was 5 years and the shortest 2 years.After treatment,joint function recovered excellence in 76 cases(77.6%),good in 14 cases(14.3%);but bad in 8 cases(8.1%).Conclusion Manipulative reduction and TCM fumigation treats ankle fracture-dislocation with better effect,which can be applied expectantly.
