检测LAM-IgG指标诊断与鉴别诊断结核性腹水

目的：了解检测腹水标本阿拉伯糖甘露糖脂IgG抗体（LAM－IgG)指标诊断与鉴别诊断结核性腹水的应用价值。方法：研究对象包括恶性腹水组（恶性组）38人，结核性腹水组（结核组）32人，其他良性腹水组（对照组）32人，采集腹水为检测标本，应用斑点免疫金渗滤试验（dot-IGFA)技术检测LAM－IgG。结果：LAM－IgG的阳性结果为：恶性组5．3％（2／39），结核组65．6％（21／32），对照组0。结论：在诊断与鉴别诊断结核性腹水方面，LAM－IgG指标的特异性，敏感性均较高，具有应用价值。

DETECTION OF LIPOARABINOMANNAN ANTIBODY IGG IN ASCITES FOR DIAGNOSIS AND DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF TUBERCULOUS ASCITES

Objective:The aim of the study was to understand the applied value on lipoarabinomannan antibody IgG (LAM IgG)was detected in ascites for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tuberculous ascites.Methods:There were 102 objects what consisted of 38 patients with malignant ascites(malignant group)and 32 patients with tuberculous ascites(tuberculous group)and 32 patients with other benign ascites(control group)in the study.The detected specimens were the ascites from the patients.LAM IgG was detected by dot immunogold filtration assay(dot IGFA).Results:The positive results of LAM IgG were 2(5.3%)in malignant group and 21(65.6%)in the tuberculous group and 0 in the control group.Conclusion:LAM IgG is useful and better index in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tuberculous ascites because of it has higher specificity and sensitivity.The index of LAN IgG has applied value highly.
