| 摘 要： | 目的：检测扁桃体恶性肿瘤细胞中氧自由基含量，探索细胞内氧自由基水平对肿瘤发生与发展的影响。方法：采用紫外可见分光光度仪等设备检测临床扁桃体恶性肿瘤标本中氧自由基中间产物MDA含量，进而分析氧自由基与扁桃体恶性肿瘤发病的内在联系。结果：扁桃体恶性肿瘤细胞中氧自由基含量明显高于正常组织。结论：扁桃体恶性肿瘤细胞内，氧自由基的浓度可能与扁桃体恶性肿瘤的发生与发展有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To examine the content of oxygen free radical in tonsilar neoplasm cell and study the relationship between oxygen free radical and tumor development. Method: The contents of oxygen free radical in the samples from tonsilar neoplasm tissues was determined by ultraviolet visible light spectrometer, and compared with that of the normal tonsilar cell. Result: The level of oxygen free radical was higher in the neoplasm cell than that in the normal cell. Conclusion: It is indicated that the higher level of oxygen free radical plays some role, in the tumor development. |
