16层螺旋CT与DR在足踝部骨折诊断中的对比研究

摘    要:目的:探讨16层螺旋CT后处理技术在足踝部骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法:65例足踝部外伤患者行数字化成像(Digital Radiography,DR)平片检查后,再行16层螺旋CT扫描与图像后处理重建,然后将两者结果进行对比分析。结果:DR平片确诊46例,疑诊14例,漏诊5例。16层螺旋CT后处理图像明确诊断率为100%,显著高于DR(P〈0.01)。结论:16层螺旋CT先进的扫描和强大的图像处理技术弥补了DR的不足,能清楚、直观地显示足踝部的解剖结构、骨折线的方向、移位情况等,并能提高诊断的准确性,能为临床提供更全面的信息,为临床治疗提供指导。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the value of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of ankle and foot fractures. Methods:Sixty-five patients who had injuries of ankle and foot were accepted by digital radiography (DR) examination, and then by 16- slice spiral CT scaning examination and image postprocessing reconstruction. The results were compared and analyzed. Results:The diagnosis of fracture was concordant between DR and 16-slice spiral CT in 65 patients. There were 46 cases of fracture were defined by X-ray DR, 14 cases of fracture were suspicious, and 5 cases were missed on the DR. All of the fractures were defined by 16-slice spiral CT. The diagnosis rate of 16-slice spiral CT was significantly higher than DR (P= 0. 000〈0.01). Conclusion:The 16-slice spiral CT and its postprocessing functions show substantial advantage with X-ray DR. It can accurately visualize the involved extent of fractures of ankle and foot, the direction of the line of fracture, the displacement degrees of the fractures, and so on. So it can raise the reliance and precision in the diagnosis of ankle and foot fractures, and provide valuable information for clinical intervention.
