手法与药物治疗颈痛性头晕的临床比较

目的：观察颈痛伴发头晕的临床表现并比较手法和药物治疗的效果。方法：自2008年12月-2010年12月，64例患者随机分为手法治疗组和药物治疗组，分别比较首次、2周、4周治疗效果。结果：手法治疗具有短期明显的缓解作用，4周对比两者无明显差别。结论：颈痛性头晕具自限性，痛程较短；手法治疗短期效果明显。

Clinical Observation of the Cervicodynia with Dizziness and Compare the Manipulative Therapy with Medicine Treatment

Objective：To observe the elinical manifestations of cervieodynia with dizziness and eompare the effects of manipulative therapy with medicine treatment. Methods：From December 2008 to December 2010, 64 cases of cervicodynia with dizziness were divided randomly into manipulative therapy group and medicine treatment group. To compare the effects on the first time, 2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively. Results： Manipulative therapy had manifest short-term effectiveness in relieving the symptoms,but there was no significant difference between the two groups after 4 weeks. Conclusion：Cervicodynia with dizziness is a self--limited and short course disease. Manipulative therapy has short-term manifest effectiveness.
