针麻用于颈部手术的临床研究

我院于 1 995年 5月～ 2 0 0 1年 3月在针麻小切口切除甲状腺囊肿的基础上扩大手术范围 ,对所有颈部不太大的包块均采用针刺麻醉进行临床应用研究 ,共 1 30例 ,取得了预期效果。1 30例中男性 43例 ,女性 87例。年龄 1 2～ 77岁 ,平均 44 .32± 1 5.1 8岁。包块病种有甲状舌骨囊肿、腮裂囊肿、颌下腺囊肿、腮腺混合瘤等 ,按纳入和排除标准选择病例。术前全部给予鲁米钠那 0 .1 ｇ ,麻醉前 30ｍｉｎ肌肉注射。穴位一律选用双合谷、内关穴 ,进针捻转待病人得气后接Ｇ6 80 5针麻机 ,选连续波型 ,术中可按需适当调节频率和强度。切皮前 1ｍｉｎ静…

Clinical Study on Acupuncture Anesthesia for Operations of the Cervical Diseases

Acupuncture anesthesia is considered to be satisfactory in performing goiter excision. From May of 1995 to March of 2001,we conducted 130 cases of operations including thyrohyoid cyst,mixed tumor of parotid gland and double thyroid adenoma,etc.During operation,the patients accepted electroacupuncture [bilateral Hegu (LI 4) and Neiguan (PC 6)] anesthesia combined with small dose of Fentanyl (i.v, initial dose: 0.05 mg, 0.025～0.05 mg given if necessary) and Lidocaine (local muscular injection, 1%～2% 2 mL).Results showed that of the 130 cases, 99 responded with excellence, 29 with a good effect and 2 with poor effect. The excellent plus good rate was 98.46%.It suggests that acupuncture anesthesia for operations of the cervical diseases is satisfactory. But it should be noted that, muscular relaxation is not satisfied in acupuncture anesthesia, and if the mass is too big and too deep, acupuncture anesthesia may be not applicable.
