| 摘 要： | 目的观察肝素、沐舒坦超声雾化吸入治疗新生儿感染性肺炎的疗效。方法80例感染性肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,在综合治疗的基础上,治疗组使用肝素、沐舒坦超声雾化吸入,对照组使用普通雾化吸入。结果治疗组有效率为95%,明显高于对照组的80%(P<0·05)。结论肝素、沐舒坦超声雾化吸入治疗新生儿感染性肺炎疗效显著,临床应用无任何不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of ultrasonic atomizing inhalation of heparin and ambroxol in infants with infectious pneumonia.Methods 80 infants with infectious pneumonia were divided into Neb and control group randomly. The infants in Neb group were treated with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation of heparin and ambroxol; those in control group accept common atomizing inhalation. Both groups' infants received a similar combined therapy. Results The effective rate in Neb group was 95%, it was higher than 80%, which in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Treating neonatal infectious pneumonia with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation of heparin and ambroxol is effective and safe without obvious adverse effects. |
