原发性高血压的运动治疗研究

摘    要:目的 :明确力竭性运动及轻量运动对原发性高血压心肌重塑和心功能的影响。方法 :10只WKY (Wistar京都 )大鼠为A组 (正常对照组 ) ,30只SHR(自发性高血压大鼠 )随机分为 3组 ,分别为B组 (高血压组 )、C组 (高血压 +轻量运动组 ,每天间歇游泳训练 30分钟 )、D组 (高血压 +力竭性运动组 ,每天持续游泳训练 12 0分钟 )。经不同处理 8周后 ,测血流动力学指标、心肌细胞凋亡率、左心室质量指数、心肌间质纤维化程度 ,并进行扫描电镜观察。结果 :A、B组大部分指标有显著差异 ;C组较B组舒张功能改善 ,心肌重塑减轻 ,D组各项指标较B组恶化。结论 :轻量运动可改善原发性高血压心功能、减轻心肌重塑 ,力竭性运动作用相反

Abstract:Objective To make clear curative effects between exhausting exercise and mild exercise in essential hypertension. Methods Ten WKYs are treated as Group A(control group), 30 SHRs are divided into three groups randomly: Group B (hypertension group); Group C (SHRs which do intermittent swimming for 30 minutes every day); Group D (SHRs which do continuous swimming for 120 minutes every day).Eight weeks later indexes are measured as hemodynamics, myocardiac apoptosis rate, left ventricular mass index (LVMI),myocardiac interstitial fibrosis etc,assisted with scanning electron microscope. Result According to most of the indexes above, there are remarkable differences between Group A and Group B; diastolic function and myocardium remodeling of left ventricles of Group C is improved to that of Group B while all the indexes of Group D are worsen to that of Group B.Conclusion Mild exercises could improve the heart function and myocardium remodeling in cases of essential hypertension,while exhausting exercises go contrary.
