| 摘 要： | 前列腺素D2（PGD2）是炎症反应中产生的一个主要的脂型介质，通过前列腺素受体在支气管哮喘（哮喘）免疫反应中发挥多种生物学功能。近年研究认为PGD2对哮喘免疫反应细胞中嗜酸粒细胞、树突状细胞（DC）和淋巴细胞的功能有调节作用。

| Abstract: | Prostagland in D2(PGD2),a major lipid mediator produced at inflammatory sites,is currently considered to elicit diverse biological actions through the prostaglandin receptor.The article discusses various aspects of PGD2 biological fuctions sin the regulation of immune response cells,such as eosinophils,dendritic cells and lymphocytes. |
