| 摘 要： | 以降钙素原（PCT）测定为指导，在社区获得性肺炎（CAP）、慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期（AECOPD）和急性支气管炎的抗生素治疗中，入院时抗生素处方显著减少、抗生素疗程显著缩短，且临床结果相似；在门诊对急性呼吸道感染患者的抗生素治疗中，预计抗生素处方率减少20％、抗生素疗程缩短20％、临床结果不差于标准抗生素治疗组。
