电子支气管镜下高频电刀治疗良恶性气道肿瘤

目的 观察支气管镜下高频电刀治疗良恶性肿瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法 对20例支气管良恶性肿瘤致气道阻塞行支气管镜下高频电刀烧灼切割术。结果 1例主支气管软骨瘤、4例炎性肉芽肿及14例支气管肺癌患者经电灼后将阻塞气道完全打通，1例气管肿瘤患者经电灼后将气道打通1／2，并安装气管支架。结论 支气管镜下高频电刀治疗良恶性气道肿瘤疗效显著，良性肿瘤避免了开胸手术，达到临床根治；恶性肿瘤疗效直接，可延长生存时间。

Electric bronchoscope treatment for benign and malignant trachea tumor with high frequency knife

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and security of electric bronchoscope treatment for benign and malignant trachea tumor with high frequency knife. Methods High frequency knife cauterizing incision was conducted on 20 patients with airway obstruction caused by bronchus benign and malignant tumor. Results One patient with endobronchial chondroma,4 patients with phlogistic granuloma and 14 patients with bronchopulmonary cancer had the bronchotrached airway, completely gotten through after cauterization and 1 trachea tumour patient was gotten through 1/2 after cauterization and a bracket was installed. Conclusions There is prominently curative effect for airway obstruction by benign and malignant trachea tumor through high frequency knife in electric bronchoscope. For benign tumor,it avoids surgery and attains clinical radical cure;for malignant tumor,it has direct curative effect and prolongs survival time.
