| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨双负压吸引在乳腺癌改良根治术后应用的效果.方法:将114例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者随机分为传统组和实验组各57例,传统组采用传统方法引流,实验组采用双负压吸引引流,对两组患者术后并发症的发生情况进行观察.结果:实验组患者并发症发生率低于传统组(P＜0.05).结论:应用双负压吸引能有效地减少乳腺癌改良根治术后并发症的发生,促进切口愈合,使患者能早期进行上肢功能锻炼.
