加替沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效观察

目的观察加替沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将168例社区获得性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组（85例）和对照组（83例），治疗组给予加替沙星400mg／d共10d，对照组予阿奇霉素500mg／d加头孢曲松钠2g/d共10d，结果治疗5d后观察，治疗组痊愈率为65．8％，总有效率为88．2％；对照组痊愈率为43.4％，总有效率为62．6％，两组有显著性差异（P均〈0．01）；治疗组的平均热退时间和平均住院13均明显短于对照组，差异具有显著性意义（P均〈0．05）。结论加替沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效确切、安全，且临床效果优于阿奇霉素加头孢曲松钠。

Observation for the Curative Effect of Gatifloxacin on Community Acquired Pneumonia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin in treating the patients with community acquired pneumonia. Methods 168 cases were randomly assigned into the treatment group（85 cases） and the control group（83 cases）. 85 patients of treatment group received gatifloxacin 400mg/d for 10 days, and 83 patients of control group received azithromycin 500mg/d and ceftriaxone sodium 2g/d for 10 days. Results After 5 days, To the treatment group, the cure rate was 65.8%, and the general effective rate was 88.2%. To the control group, the cure rate was 43.4% and the general effective rate was 62,6%. There was obvious difference between the two groups（P〈 0.01）. The times of restoring to normal of temperature and length of hospitalization day of treatment group was obviously lower than that of control group, the difference was significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Gatifloxacin is an effective and safe antibiotic for healing community acquired pneumonia and the clinical efficacy is better than that of healing by azithromycin and cefiriaxone sodium.
