| 摘 要： | 本文对我院1981—1986年间有完整记录的648例剖宫产指征作了回顾性分析。主要指征是:臀位占18.06%;胎儿窘迫占16.20%;骨盆狭窄占11.73%;过期妊娠占9.75%;妊高征占5.09%;6年间,无逐年增高趋势。对本文中部分剖宫产指征作了讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the retrospective analysis of 64 rcases delivered by cesarean section(c.s),which have been completely recorded in our hospital,among these cases,there were breech presentation 18.06%,fetal disdress 16.20% pelviccont- action 12.0%,prolonged laoor 11.73%;prolonged pregnancy 9.75%. Sonme indications of C.S mentioned in this paper discussed. |
