浙西地区基层医务人员艾滋病职业暴露防护相关法律认知状况调查

通过调查32所乡镇卫生院及11所县区医院476名医务人员，发现其艾滋病职业暴露防护相关法律认知正确率不高．对皮肤及黏膜发生暴露后的局部处理、防护血液体液飞溅面部的措施、职业暴露后抗体检测等问题．乡镇卫生院明显低于县级医院（P〈0．05）。在黏膜发生暴露后的处理上，防保人员高于医生和护士（P〈0．05），在防护血液、体液飞溅面部的措施上．防保人员高于医生（P〈0．05），而在皮肤发生职业暴露后的局部处理上，医生高于防保人员（P〈0．05），各岗位间认知水平总体比较并无统计学差异。研究表明，当前需要进一步加强基层医院《医务人员艾滋病病毒职业暴露防护工作指导原则》的培训，建立标准化的防护体系，保障医务人员的职业安全。

A Survey on the cognition on laws concerning protection of occupational exposure to AIDS among primary healthcare workers in west Zhejiang Province

Through the investigation among 476 medical staff in 32 township level hospitals and 11 county level hospitals, the cognitive accuracy rate on laws concerning protection of occupational exposure to AIDS was not high. Interms of the local treatment of the skin and mucous membrane exposure, the measures to prevent humoral and bloodspatter on the face, and the antibody test after occupational exposure, the cognitive rate in township level hospitals was significantly lower than that of the county level hospitals（P〈0.05）. In the post mucosa-exposure treatment, the rate indisease-preventing staff was higher than that in the doctors and nurses（P〈0.05） ; in the measures in preventing humoraland blood spatter on the face, the rate in disease-preventing staff was higher than that in the doctors（P〈0.05）; and in local post-exposure treatment of the skin, the rate in the doctors was higher than that in the disease-preventing staff （P〈0.05） there is no significant difference in the cognitive rate among all medical posts. Studies have shown that currently there＇s an urgent need to further strengthen the training and education in primary medical staff under the Guidelines for the Management of Health Care Workers after Occupational Exposure to AIDS, to establish a standardized protecting system, and to ensure the occupational safety of medical staff.
