丙卡特罗治疗儿童持续咳嗽多中心对照研究

目的:观察盐酸丙卡特罗对小儿持续性咳嗽的临床疗效及安全性。方法:58例患儿随机分为治疗组32例。服盐酸丙卡特罗口服液;对照组26例,服复方氯化铵糖浆,总疗程3周。取治疗前、治疗第6,13,20 d四个观察点,对日、夜间症状评分,并进行两两比较。结果:试验组自身比较,日间、夜间症状评分均有统计学差异。对照组各观察点比较,日间、夜间症状评分,治疗前与治疗第13,20 d相比较,P<0．05。试验组和对照组治疗13,20 d的日间、夜间症状评分有统计学差异。两组患儿在整个疗程中峰流速(PEF)的变异率均小于10％,两组在治疗前、治疗第6,13,20天分别进行组内、组间两两比较,P>0．05;提示在整个疗程中PEF变异率的检测无意义。在整个服药观察期,两组患儿均无不良反应。结论:盐酸丙卡特罗治疗儿童持续性咳嗽,可显著改善患儿的咳嗽症状,具有良好的安全性,依从性好。

Clinical Study on Procaterol in the Treatment of Children Persistent Cough: A Multicenter Randomized Controlled Study

To evaluate the curative effects of procaterol for persistent cough in children. Method: Fifty-eight children with persistent cough were divided into treatment or control group randomly, in which procaterol or compound ammonium chloride syru-pus were given for 3 weeks respectively. Result: The treatment group' s daytime and night symptom score had significant difference af-ter treatment of 6,13,20 days with each other(P<0.05). The control group's daytime symptom score had significant difference after treatment of 6,13,20 days with each other(P <0.05) ,but the night symptom score had significant difference after treatment of 13,20 days with the beginning(P <0.05). After treatment of 13,20days,there were significant differences between treatment and control groups in the symptom score, while PEF variance rates were all lower than 10% and there were no significant difference in two groups during the treatment times. There were no obvious side-effective report within two groups. Conclusion: Procateral is effective to alleviate clinical persistent cough symptoms and is really a safe medicine.
